RMA service
Dear Partner,
To optimize our service all customer return?s will be handled from our
warehouse in Venlo (Netherland).
Please see procedure below:
1. Your Microtronica Account Manager will issue the RMA number on receipt
of a valid request. This will come via email.
2. To Reduce freight costs we have a central point for you to ship RMA
goods back to. Please see address below.

3. Please ensure all RMA goods are shipped with proof of purchase, RMA
number and description of the fault.
4. Please ensure all RMA shipments clearly show the RMA number on the
outside of the parcel. Packages not marked with a valid RMA number will be
refused. We reserve the right to refuse RMA shipments with missing or
incomplete information.
These new procedures will ensure the smooth running of RMA Goods.
