(CID) Customer Induced Damage and NDF (No Defect Found)

Intel will inspect returned items.

- If the returned item has been damaged by the user, warranty terms will be invalidated and the item will not be replaced
- CID items will be shipped back to the Channel Program Member*

- Intel will perform functional tests on the returned item
- If no defect is detected, the returned item is classed as NDF
- NDF items will be shipped back to the Channel Program Member*

* Customs restrictions may apply in the case of South America and countries subject to export restrictions. As a result, it may not be possible to return the item to the sender.
