Product Return Process


Return to the Distributor

In certain cases, the Channel Program Member will need to return a defective part to the distributor and must NOT send it back to Intel to be dealt with under the terms of the warranty.

Cases when defective parts must be returned to the distributor:

- If the part is determined to be DOA after integration is complete
- If there is a field failure within the first 30 days

Distributors agree to act as follows:

- To accept a returned part within the first 30 days after the original purchase
- Provide either credit or replacement for the returned part
