General Warranty Terms

- The warranty period is 2 years for all replaceable components and 1 year for the system battery

- The warranty period starts on the date when the Channel Program Member purchases the device/components
- The purchase invoice may be required for warranty verification

ASmobil/Compal/Quanta warrants to the purchaser (“Original Purchaser”) of the Product (defined herein as the boxed Verified By Intel® barebone notebook and all of its various components) that if properly used and installed, the Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years beginning on the date the Product was purchased in its original sealed packaging.

If the Product which is the subject of this Limited Warranty fails during the warranty period for reasons covered by this Limited Warranty, ASmobil/Compal/Quanta, at its option, will:

- REPAIR the Product by means of hardware and/or software; OR
- REPLACE the Product with another product

Should the product fail within 30 days of its purchase by the Channel Program Member, the barebone notebook can be returned to the distributor for credit or product replacement.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY EXIST UNDER APPLICABLE LOCAL LAW, APPLY EXCLUSIVELY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE PRODUCT.
