School leavers, who opt for commercial training in the wholesale and export trade, or who decide for training in informatics at Arrow, will also have career opportunities at MICROTRONICA.

Professional education and training at Arrow is characterised by an interesting and highly varied mixture of day-to-day business and project tasks. The training concept that was initiated in 2003, which foresees regular courses for all trainees in the areas wholesaling and export trade at a single school, gives our "trainees" an excellent start in their professional life. They will furthermore be supported through in-house training, preparatory courses for examinations and regular training sessions.
